Purchase Terms, Returns & Exchanges Information: Dynamic Media General Purchase Terms Our prices, specifications, and policy terms are subject to change without notice. Any discs shown with some of our packaging suggest typical use only, and are not included. We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order where we suspect fraudulent credit card use, or other suspicious activity by not processing any credit card charge, or by refunding the full order amount. We may contact you to verify order and payment details. We verify orders with your credit card provider that your shipping address has been added to your credit card account as the main or alternate address. If you need to have your order shipped another address, please contact your credit card provider to add the shipping address as an alternate address. If we are unable to verify details that we require, your order may be cancelled. Did you receive a defective or incorrect product? We're terribly sorry, and don't worry...we'll take care of it! Our goal is to provide you with an easy and worry free online shopping experience. In the event we've sent you a wrong product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one, as well as reimburse you for shipping costs needed to return the incorrect product to us. In the event your shipment arrives damaged, we will assist to the best of our abilities to complete a claim with the delivery service. Please review our Returns Policy below, how we assess and process claims. Need To Return An Item? If you would like to return an item, our return steps are outlined below: 1. Complete our online Returns Authorization form (You must be logged in to do this). You must provide a valid order number to be able to request a Return Authorization. We may contact you to confirm some details. 2. We will contact you to issue a Return Authorization number and provide any return instructions to you within 2 business days, usually within the same day. 3. You send the product back. You are responsible for all costs to return the product to us, and agree to use a shipping method that provides insurance and package tracking. If we determine that we've sent you the wrong product, we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost. 4. We accept, process and inspect the product returned to us. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your return once it is received. 5. Once we've verified your return, we complete your return request. Ready to get started? Complete our online Returns Authorization form. Dynamic Media Returns & Exchange Policy Please be certain about the product you are ordering! New and unused product returned to us for exchange or refund will be assesed a 15% restocking fee. Customers must inform Dynamic Media of any order descrepancy within 3 days of order delivery. 2. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date. No returns are possible after 30 days. 3. Returns will not be accepted without obtaining an Return Authorization number first. The Return Authorization number must be fully visible on the shipping label of your return shipment, or the shipment could be refused. 4. Your return shipment must be postmarked within 5 business days of issuance of your Return Authorization number. 5. All product returned for exchange or refund must be unused, unopened, include all accompanying parts, accessories, manuals and documentation, in the original packaging material, and be in complete re-sellable new condition. 6. If a returned product is found to have been disassembled, modified, or altered in any way, no return can be processed and the product will be returned to you at your cost. 7. If your returned product is proven to be defective, we reserve the right to either send you replacement product or issue a refund, prorated to the unused and returned quantity of actual product returned. 8. We reserve the right to inspect, test and verify any claims that a returned product is defective. If we prove a product returned as defective is actually functional, it will be returned to you at your cost. 9. Replacement products we send you will be shipped standard ground shipping. However, you may upgrade to a premium shipping method by accepting charges for the difference in shipping rates. 10. Additional services that are imposed on the shipping service after your order has been paid for, (such as an upgrade to a premium shipping method, address redirection, etc.) that results in extra charges billed back to us will be charged to your credit card. To accomodate the billing periods of various shipping companies, these charges may be assesed and charged to your credit card up to 60 days after your order arrives. 11. Orders shipped to and refused by you will be subject to our 15% resocking fee, plus all shipping costs and charges. Orders shipped to and refused by you that have been ordered during a free shipping promotion will be subject to our 15% resocking fee as well as all actual shipping costs and charges. 12. You are responsible for all costs to return products to us, and agrees to use a shipping method that provides insurance and package tracking. You assume all risk of loss or damage to product while it is being returned to us, so be sure to pack the returned product securely. 13. If any return is shipped to us COD, and/or if your shipping method imposes duty, taxes, or other charges made payable to us, we reserve the right to: A) Refuse the shipment and it will be returned to you, or B) Bill your credit card for those charges, plus an administration fee of $15. To accomodate the billing periods of various shipping companies, these charges may be assesed and charged to your account up to 60 days after receipt of your return. 14. Shipping costs of any kind or nature are not refundable, nor treated as a credit toward a future purchase. 15. There is no warranty nor guarantee, expressed or implied as to the functionality, compatibility, or suitability of any software that accompanies any product. 16. Any refund payable to you will only be issued to the credit card used to place your order. Dynamic Media Policy on Recordable Media: DYNAMIC MEDIA INC. DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND/OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, AND/OR ANY PROBLEMS OR DIFFICULTIES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS. Due to great number of possible variances in customer software and equipment quality, condition, useage situation and configuration, we can not guarantee nor warantee the functionality or suitability of any blank media. We are unable to consider for return any media that has been marked, labelled, scratched or otherwise defaced or damaged. Recordable discs will only be considered to be defective if visible surface defects or blemishes exist. If you suspect that the media you purchased from us is defective (other than surface defects), you may return the discs to us for evaluation. You must include your recorded samples for our testing, as well as the remaining unused stock. We will inspect and test the media in a variety of calibrated recorders and players to verify your claims. If the media is determined to be defective, a refund will be issued, prorated to the unused and returned quantity of actual product. If the media is found to be fully functional, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will include successfully recorded samples to support our claims.
